2012 Chinese New Year ~ Year of the Dragon
Congratulations to Marissa He (贺雪湉), Christina He (贺雨坤), and Daisy Li (李瀛翾)!
These unique artworks (see attached) contain the spirit, energy, and the richness of the Chinese culture.
The winning artworks will be official marketing materials for promoting Chinese New Year Gala in the community. The award will be presented at the Chinese New Year Gala on January 28, 2012 at Connecticut Central State University.

2011 CCC Youth Talent Show
The CCC annual Youth Talent Show was presented from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Connecticut Central State University in New Britain, CT.

2011 CCC Mid-Autumn Karaoke Party
康州华社中秋晚餐和卡拉OK派对
月是中秋分外明，每逢佳节倍思亲。人在异乡，传统佳节中秋节似乎让人对亲人故乡的怀念分外浓重。金秋之季，正所谓花好月圆人团聚。华社将于九月十八日在 J & J Buffet 举办中秋卡拉OK派对。“风雨的街头, 招牌能够挂多久; 爱过的老歌,你能记得的有几首; 交过的朋友, 在你生命中知心的人有几个...” 让我们相聚在一起，叙旧，交友，聚餐，赏月，思乡，放歌，迎中秋，品月饼。届时我们将提供自助晚餐，茶水和月饼，当然还有一流的卡拉OK音响设备，以便大家重温那些曾经让我们动容的歌声。本次聚会面向全体CCC成员及其亲朋。
时间：九月十八日星期天下午六点到晚上十一点
地点：J & J Buffet，539 Flatbush Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106
门票: 普通票（身高五尺以上） $10
儿童票（身高两尺五至五尺）$6
Just because summer is over, it doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. It is that time of the year again, come to join CCC friends and families to celebrate mid-autumn festival. CCC is sponsoring a mid-autumn karaoke party at J & J Buffet in Hartford. This is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new ones while taste some great food and delicious moon cake. Of course, make sure you get a chance to test your pipe by singing your favorite tunes. This event is open to CCC members and their friends and families.
Time: 6:00 PM to 11：00 PM, 9/18/2011, Sunday

Who: CCC member and their family, and friends
Fee: $10 for adult and $6 for children between 2.5 feet to 5 feet.
Food: Chinese buffet, tea and water (soda will be charged $0.80 per cup), and moon cake.
